This is the most magnifcent grobak I have ever seen in 12 years of Indonesia travels. It is from a palace in Sumenep, Madura on the eastern eand of this island. This grobak ( trunk ) was made for uniform storage in the palace armory. All teak, dovetailed and made in top and bottom ( wheels ) pieces, it is a fantastic find and requires a large room to house it.
