Season: We are in Indonesia (shopping !! and visiting Wayan's family) from approximately May 15 until August 15, every year. Please do not place an order between May 15 and August 15. If you place an order, we will process your order upon our return. We will not be mailing or shipping anything during this period of time.
If you have a question about any of our artwork, you are welcome to call (520-682-7126 between August 15 - May 15) or email us (mikdamiana@yahoo.com anytime). But while we're away, the internet may not always be available. We will make every effort to respond to your inquiry within 2 weeks, but usually we would respond within a couple of days.
Shipping charges: we are shipping via first class mail U.S. Postal Service.
When we receive your order, we will calculate the charge, verify with you and then give the total charge. Purchaser will decide on the type of shipping and about insurance. We will pack the items, and bill you on your invoice for the packing materials and the cost of postage. Large items will be shipped by truck on an individual basis.
Packing: we will pack most things, as we believe we do a better and more economic job.
We charge cost-only on packing and shipping to give you better service. Large objects such as furniture, gerobak will be shipping by truck on an individual basis.
